ONS was established in 2003 and has a global network, which comprises of both foreign and indigenous firms within and outside Nigeria.

Annually, a high number of organizations use ONS's internationalization services when accessing foreign markets. ONS started its operations in 2004, and receives hundreds of assignments anually from investors lookinf for business opportunities in Nigeria, as well as, from Nigeria companies aiming to partner with foreign investors.
